At Spicy Cubes Official Store, we take pride in our flavors, but if your snacks aren't up to standard, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and damaged items. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened unless there is a verifiable quality defect.
Return Process

- 2.Provide Evidence
Attach clear photographs of the product packaging and the batch number if you are reporting damage or a quality concern.
- 3.Ship the Items
Once your request is approved, pack the unopened cubes securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
